MUSIC:	A parish organist is available if you require the use of our fine pipe organ. It should be noted that specialist skills are required to play this instrument and it is therefore not available to anyone else. Please contact the Parish Office on 8862 4021 to make arrangements.
FLOWERS:	You may decorate the church with flowers of your choice, either yourself or by having a florist do that for you. The parish does not arrange flowers for weddings. You may use the church vases if you wish. Pew decorations are also left for you to arrange. Ring the Parish Office about a month before the wedding to check if there are other weddings on the same day, as some of the girls like to share the flowers to help with the cost. Please check with the Parish Office for a suitable time for you or the florist to arrange the flowers.
REHEARSAL:	Please arrange your rehearsal time with Mrs Marg O'Loughlin at the Parish Office - 8862 4021. We have a wedding c0-ordinator who will look after you at the rehearsal and on the day of your wedding to help everything run smoothly.
PARKING:	Off street parking is available in the church car park - entrance in Lynch Street.
FEE:	The fee of $700 will apply if all Parish requirements are met. For example:
PRIEST	A donation to the officiating Priest of the wedding is required. This can be made on the day.
1.	Your booking is provisional until this is paid.
2.	The Church is left as you found it. Confetti and rice are strictly forbidden.
3.	You provide your own priest. Should this be a problem, contact Marg O'Loughlin at the Parish Office - Tel: 8862 4021
4.	The parish does the wedding Foccus preparation here if you want. Ring Marg O'Loughlin on Mondays if you want to arrange this.
5.	Your booking is for 1¼ hours. If you are running late, please phone so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Such arrangements involve celebrant, organist and subsequent weddings.

Failure to conform with the above points may incur some extra costs for cleaning, repairs etc.
